Refund Policy

Items sold by Heritage Treasures can be returned or replaced, when available within 30 days of receipt. Sorry, we are unable to make adjustments after 30 days.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
To be eligible for a return/refund, your items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
If an item you received from Heritage Treasures is damaged or defective, you can return it for a refund or replacement.

Once your return is received and inspected, we notify you that we have received your returned item.
Upon approval, we will initiate a replacement or refund whichever is applicable. In the case of a refund, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within two to four business days depending upon your card issuers policy.

Contact us if you do not receive your refund within the stated time frame.

Custom screen printed and embroidered personalized garments are Non-Returnable – Non RefundableReturns/Refunds/Exchanges

Several other types of goods are exempt from being returned.
Non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Health and personal care items
  • Face masks

Sale Items
Only regular priced items are subject to refund.
Closeout sale items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be processed.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs associated with the refund/exchange of the item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
