TERMS of SERVICE
1. Quoted prices are good for 30 days and are subject to change without notice due to volatility of garment prices.
2.Payment is required in advance on all custom orders before the job can be scheduled.
3. Customer must submit in writing, via email or by signature in person, the approval of the artwork, including the image size before the job can be printed.
4. There are no refunds for errors made on imprinted garments once approval has been furnished in writing to start the job.
5. The graphics necessary to output the artwork in a form for screens for the job becomes the property of Heritage Treasures, LLC and is available for future printing/reprinting of the job by Heritage Treasures, LLC only.
6. The quantity of shirts ordered for the initial printing will be at the quoted price. If additional shirts are needed after the initial printing the number requested will be at the applicable rate for the quantity needed. Accordingly, you should order what you anticipate needing because once the order is printed, any reorders will be considered new jobs and printed at the rate for that particular quantity.
7. Reorders are subject to a setup fee per color and per print location.
8. Non-sufficient fund (NSF) checks are subject to a $45.00 service fee.
9. Payments made with charge cards are subject to a 2.5 percent surcharge.
10. Payment must be received at the time shirts are delivered or before they are shipped to the customer.
11. Custom designed logo artwork prepared by us is copyrighted and owned by Heritage Treasures, LLC and are provided to customers solely for the personal and confidential use of you, the customer and Heritage Treasures, LLC. Any reproduction without the expressed consent of Heritage Treasures is prohibited and such artwork is not available for use otherwise without payment to Heritage Treasures. You must not review, transmit, copy, use or disseminate any artwork or similar material produced by Heritage Treasures, LLC without prior authorization of Heritage Treasures, LLC.
12. Due to the uniqueness of custom created designs, deposits are nonrefundable and all sales are final.
